Wells with leaky casings would be the norm, for wells of this age.

It could be they must stop the leaks in the old wells to make the whole property productive.

Everybody on this thread knows this whole thing has been one big mess.

Old Wells with leaky casings, explains the lack of production, the excess water causing hydrates, the lack of any development work on the new wells.

Now they want to fix the old wells..
