Does come across as quite cynical.
Especially in regards to the mining blockers, which while true there is also considerable evidence to show that tide is chaging.
Also with regards to the Mistui MoI cancellation that "does not inspire confidence". This does not seem to align with how the market reacted to this news at the time.

The 50% and 9%.
I take these numbers to mean talnode-is 50% silicon, and talnode-si can replace up to 9% of the graphite anode?

Did they switch from talking about silicon additives in graphite anodes (like Talnode-Si), to talking about 100% silicon anodes? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I believe there are companies that have begun commercial production for silicon drop-in mixes, Group14 being one.
