well at $1.25 they would satisfy QVT (25% profit) and themselves.....but... the Dutch group probably would not be happy.... therefore it's a case of who they really care about and what support they need....so...$1.25 might be a bit light (although looks atractive now!) I think $2 would be more likely (as cheap as it sounds considering where the stock once sat....it's a bit like my UMC shares, mgmt sold out early and the "big" opportunity was never realised)...or in this case many holders will never get the opportunity to get their money back. Regardless we are currently being "conditioned" to a trade sale, it's a matter of when and how much. I'm picking in the not too distant future i.e this year
