Without assuming the worst of the finance company, is there anything to suggest they have previously death spiralled small companies for easy profits? It's perfectly possible the finance company being giving a discount to the VWAP which is usually the case with these kinds of funding instruments has nothing to do with the share price today.

I think there are a lot of armchair board members when it comes to finance... from what I've seen of risky businesses (which this company undoubtedly falls into) getting money, it's never cheap and the terms are never amazing, but if it keeps the lights on and the dreams alive, it's got to be done.
