According to WTK's own announcement, they were fully funded to production nearly 2 years ago, Yet we had the nonholders pointing out all of the conditions, which turned out to be too onerous for WKT to complete.
Now we have the positive posters cheering again about the success of this new funding deal where no details have been provided, After you have all seen significant shareholder dilution and the company enter into convertible equity arrangements and numerous failed capital raisings. I still love the 10mil free shares to BMCG to provide no funds to WKT. That was the best deal so far.
to rub more salt into your wounds, WKT also claimed the mine would be up and running after 7-9 months, yet we have a half-completed mine and needs another 7-9 months to get it completed to start commissioning.
WKT has been allowed to trade while they have been assessing the 5 different term sheets. why does WKT need another 2 days to finalise the details?
