I'm fairly sure they don't know what the definition of finalising is. They love using that word, for what 2 years now. They need to just say they're working on it, stop using words that imply they're at the finish line. So tired of reading this.
Keenly await the plant progress update. Hopefully, they're still on track which would be a first but wholly welcomed.
