Let me warn you all that it is now 11:40PM on a Friday night and a few reds may have been drunk (in moderation of course and I assure you no driving is required as I am comfortably at home).

    With that warning...

Let's get real - it wouldn't need Talbot to stop it - the majority of the shareholders of SDL are long term holders that have been holders since before the GFC and believe it or not would not sell out for 25c. The truth is many average well above this price.

Unlike the few that trade daily/weekly/monthly, they/me (long term holders) are not interested in short term gains/losses. Remember there are ~2.7 billion shares on issue and only 4-20 million get traded daily on a good day (if that) - so a fraction of shares on issue.

Traders are most definitely a minority.

I don't know where you get the price of 25c - maybe you have been drinking tonight like me or maybe you have a disco ball (like me again) or maybe you are just looking at the depth on the sell side which is meaningless for a basis as a takeover standard but anyhow/which way/what/why/huh! - you are way off the mark.

Personally I am initially looking at $1 plus (if offered within the next 12 months). At this price I and my future generations will be well looked after based on the number of shares I hold - what is 76 x $1 by the way?

If not within 12 months then my price increases.

As Syd388 says $3-$4 dollars is definitely not out of the question.

Personally I do not believe there will be a takeover but instead SDL will secure 100% funding themselves and at the same time aanoune major offtake partners. You beauty!

Anyway, I'm off to bed - to sleep unfortunately :-(

Sell when you want to - it will make no difference to me or the other long term holders.

Good night all and go Sundance :-)
