One minor adjustment to that article - it talks of "AID" to Uks. That is wrong. Only a very small amount is "aid" in the true sense of ze word. The vast majority of the "aid" is via a LOAN - to be repaid by Uk. Sure some of it is at zero interest and the balance at low interest rates but it still has to be paid back!!
