Thought rather than posting on the Wolfpack thread would post buyback thoughts here…
They should just announce a 10% buy back over the next 12 months, everyone favourite broker will be doing it. They can then slowly buy shares back without a large hit on cash flow and have it very dependant on any potential upcoming drilling.
The purpose of the buyback is the board and management recognises that the SP is currently undervalued and therefore it is an opportune time to reduce shares on issue and the npv per share. The primary goal is not to boost short term share price however hopefully any buyback may have the secondary impact of increasing sp
