Didn't WKT say they were fully funded until production? We all know how that turned out,
What do you think WKT is going to say to investors, sorry we cannot export graphite as we don't have an export license which is required for the wogan agreement to become binding and we still haven't completed the Free Carried Interest which is required by the updated laws.
There is legal advice in another company's prospectus advising the GOT may restrict the export of material, Yet we have a HC poster who has no legal qualification giving their advice saying this law firm is wrong.
@semi retired you should let ASIC and ASX know about Mondays trading, IMO it is likely this was inside buying before the trading halt was called.
