As latest announcement Sheard still holds 2m unlisted oppies at the exercisable price of 15c. If he converted 2m oppies to shares, he would realise a profit of $400k based on share price around 35c.

I hope this is just an assumption.
Friday's movement was a bit abnormal, I reckon, cap should perform much strongly as further $1m confirmed BMG has been committing the deal.
