Vendor if Chalea uses a chart to make a future call of a low of 2.2 cents then I would call that a prediction ... wouldn't you? So he has used trends and support lines and formations .. to make a prediction of the future price of PEN.
I also understand what charts can do and how they can be misinterpreted based upon the skill of the person drawing the lines. The argument is not about TA versus FA it is about data input, interpretation and the ability to look at all possibilities. It is not about twisting data and TA theory to support your own particular bias.
