The takeover offer for LTR has a lot of positives for projects in northern Quebec in my view. Liontown is remote and the capex will be costly. Paved road, water pipeline, FIFO village, air strip, stand-alone power supply, skilled worker shortage are all adding to LTR's capex costs and northern Quebec will likely confront similar problems in my view. This isn't like Pilbara Metals which is a stone's throw from Port Hedland and infrastructure laid on. If LTR can attract a bid like this from Albermarle then there won't be much standing in our way one day. Just need to find and define a resource of course, which is the next step.
