So when it is apparent that this senior debt facility is being provided by the Chinese and that it is convertible into equity under certain conditions, you will then know for sure that you have been rogered.
Stock market support will evaporate and the inability to get into positive cashflow will inevitably lead to another mini funding crisis and the Chinese will kindly alleviate the senior debt stress and end up majority owners for a peppercorn.
Anyone crowing now, before the details are released risks being lampooned.
