Confucious, PRU has been very bullish - I hope you've been on it a while!
For me the key question is whether the current trendline can hold, since its quite steep (steep trendlines cant sustain themselves as long as shallower ones). The weekly and daily are showing conflicting signals there:
The weekly shows a close below the current trendline:
The daily, like a lot of stocks in the lst 2 weeks, shows a breach of that trendline, but then recovery to close above:
Look for that trendline to hold. If it doesnt, it may fall back as far as the weekly 41EMA (best case) or as far as that shallower trendline on the weekly. A trailing stop under the current trendline would be prudent.
Target-wise, since its at/near all-time highs, I think the fundamentals will dictate a target for you (I havent had a look at those). Hope this helps.
