Biden and Trump had no right to take or keep the documents. There is no indication Biden took the documents on purpose. Biden returned them promptly once they were discovered. Trump purposely took the documents and refused to return them, even after being subpoenaed.
Obviously there is a vast difference between Biden and Trump in what occurred.
The facts are the facts, your Truthiness does not change the facts of what occurred, "the justice system will rely on facts, and not stories from fantasy island".
