I agree with your calculation but I have a question: There are two levels of qualification, being the basic level that has already been achieved by the Leti chips and the advanced level qualification required for higher temperature applications, e.g. Automotive, that has not yet been satisfied by the Leti chips. Neither level has yet been reached by the SkyWater chips.
Was the 5,000 hours stated in relation to the basic or the advanced qualification? If it is the latter, then basic qualification of the SkyWater chips may be achieved much sooner than your calculation indicates. Do you know the context for Coby's remarks?
