Yes, I too am very annoyed at Stu selling half his holdings. He would have obviously known that it would create a lot of attention and cause the share price to fall, yet he went ahead with it. Last time Steve sold his holdings the share price fell massively. He just added to the recent woes of shareholders who have been subjected to a short attack and other people who have led a huge campaign to smear the company and create doubts in the minds of investors about the credibility of the development of Cachi etc , and a huge falling share price!

I don't care what he needed the money for, and I can't blame many for bailing out as it does not look good. But I personality doubt he has inside info and is bailing a sinking ship. Stu seems to be someone with strong conviction and good character, but I still feel he should now step aside as Chairman. He can then enjoy his 4 million odd booty he so desperately needed, and the company can hopefully get a new Charman who will look after shareholders interests alone.
