Russia invaded first in 2014 in clear violation of that agreement.

The US and UK providing support to Ukraine are upholding their end as agreed.

Stop shifting blame from where blame is due. Putin.

If Putin wants to retain his “spheres of influence” then HE needs to present a better social and economic model that people willingly want to be a part of.
