So lets' say ALB come back with another offer, since they have come back three times already, this is plausible.
Say they offer a number that our BOD is happy with and we all proceed with the transaction. Then what? All available shares get purchased and are then transferred to ALB? Or do our shares get converted to the equivalent ALB shares?
Probably a good time to look into ALB and see if we want to be a shareholder or just cash out our profits...
Hmmmm, very interesting few months coming up.
