I think it will be a case of many more quarters left than 2.
As BK explained previously if SPX reduces cash burn or increases sales (by an amount of $400k) the equation changes significantly.
This fact alone, and it is a fact, makes all comments around "only 2 quarters left" void. If you have any doubt, then you should re-acquaint yourself with the CC deal.
The above statement means that CF+ isn't required to maintain the company in the short term, not that I have any doubts SPX will achieve CF+ in the near future.
