I do not think we have Dutch Disease. The stronger AUD was here before the GFC and tourism and foreign students were not crying. Since the GFC, Indian students being ripped off by dodgy colleges and generally just getting themselves bashed up are far more reasons to explain downturn in some sectors apart from the exchange rates.

Besides if we do have Dutch Disease then how will this stupidity cure it?
