I consider it to be misinformation because they are currently seeking a loan and at 860k a month revenue, 6 million in the bank , no plans to do more than 1 horizontal drill at a time and 20 million to be way above the 15% new issue they could do anyway - how else could i interpret your post?

and it they have success with their first drill, why would they need 20 million anyway?
