MIN planned this takeover well in advanced. It still really bothers me why so many people accepted it for such a modest increase in value. MIN would not be pursuing a takeover if they did not see a significant upside to their purchase, and the only reason they are able to obtain it at such a discount price is by playing to the market's fear and playing into plausible deniability that they have no information which would be of market value. BS. They have plenty of alpha they arent giving up.
