firstly, stop talking about if someone is holding or not holding the stock, I've been through this topic long before maybe you were not even a holder at that time. secondly, that is what the issue is, like what you point out above, they are not required by rule to announce the incomplete proposal, and that's what they did in the first two proposal, but it is obvious from the share price reaction that we see the price went up at each offer period, so can you tell me is that related to the proposal or not? lastly, if they decide not to disclose the T/O proposal, then why do they disclose the third one?
