Actually no, they didn't sell any dream... you do realise how speculative biotech is, not to mention most biotech companies never even make it to phase II trials. Here we are on the cusp of being fast-tracked by the FDA after producing life extending results and in some cases full remission in cancer patients. The entire market is in ruins right now if you hadn't noticed and let's not forget about the placement of $80m @ 20c, you don't drop $80m into a company that you believe is going to fail.
