With a shopping mall, a few GPs, a hospital, multiple schools public and private, sporting clubs, employment. There is simply no need to travel more than about 15 minutes.

This is the model we should be aiming for, not building ever increasing lanes on a clogged freeway taking us over an hour each way to get to a place of employment.
