Not sure if anyone has noticed. The ASX has ticked up a bit and is (just) in positive territory. Banks have dropped in SP.
Latest inflation figures have just been released. Down to 6.8% from 7.4% and down two months in a row. It is 50/50 whether there will be any interest rate rise next week - and a lot of commentators saying that the RBA may pause this time around and wait for the quarterly inflation figure in April to come through before determining on another rate rise. We may even have seen the last rate rise though that is the great unknow.
All this will be good news to ASX investors, and we can hope that all stocks will be positively impacted.
