Options on a share last until the expiry date of the option. In this case, the option (SYAOC) has an expiry date of 29th April 2023. If the company hasn't registered the receipt of your payment by the expiry date, the options become worthless.

As for price, you can buy the options (SYAOC) right now for $0.19. If you then wanted to convert the options (SYAOC) to shares (SYA) you would need to send the company $0.02 per option (SYAOC) before the expiry date.

Example, I buy 100,000 options (SYAOC) today at $0.19 and I pay $19,000 (ignoring brokerage). At some point before the expiry date, I convert my 100,000 options (SYAOC) to 100,000 shares (SYA) at $0.02 per option, for a total consideration of $19,000 + $2,000 = $21,000. IF the shares (SYA) then go to $0.40, I can then sell them for $40,000. I have made $19,000 profit.
