    I wouldn’t have bothered to come back to Oz for those disclosure charges either…..not when I’d been advised by my lawyer the whole time and that’s largely a pass under the corps act.

    wonder how Kevin Lewis and Janine Ryan feel right now: the compliance officers in charge during the period ASX is charged by ASIC for breaching continuous disclosure rules…..isn’t self regulation great.
