    Amazing how a chartist could watch the European Debt Crisis unfold and its effect on nearly every stock around the world and predict the result.

    Where were the prophets of doom on this thread before this event became evident?

    All I'm saying is, you didn't need any chart to see where the price is currently heading, DOWN.

    My chart (If I had one) tells me that when this is all sorted out PEN will go, UP.
