poor announcement from ggp, page-28

I just recieved a phone call from Craig the company accountant, apparently he is claiming that he has quote
"no knowledge of this announcement by GGP".

I simply reminded him that he is working for a public listed company, in relation to continious reporting there are rules and responsibilities that companies must abide by and any breaches whether intentional, knowing, reckless or negligent in breach of the continuous disclosure obligations do attract sever penalties and criminal conduct proceedings can be commenced.

I suggest to all holders to email your disapproval to [email protected] and let the company know that they should be fulfilling there obligation to the market.
