As it stands I think it is

2/4 KSF1
0/4 KSF2
0/4 KSF3 = 2/16 - a glass half empty analysis IMO, but not neccessarily wrong. I get Carnival's point I think. If they stuff around as long for KSF2 & 3, as they have for KSM1 & KSF1, they will just go belly up financially shortly before the sats all run out of "life".
