Strategic partners are currently doing due diligence and the roadshows are getting more Strategic partner interest. because those partners have been given access to what could be considered insider market sensitive information (through the virtual data room) they cannot buy on market as it would be considered insider trading.
announcements re funding and strategic partners is DFS level work and agreements could not be made until the optimisation studies are fully complete and released, to maintain the best interests of the company. Those announcements will come over the next 6 months or less.
company or management is not in direct control of SP it is fundamentally a case of supply and demand and the whole market is in a bit of a shambles at the moment.
