When the fact that supply will not be meeting demand becomes clearer, perhaps a few months from now, bidders will be bidding many multiples of $3 to get their hands on LTR, and likewise for other producers. The fact is that lithium supply will become a major business risk, so all businesses that rely on lithium will be needing to secure supply for themselves. It will be a race by businesses to secure their own supply, those that fail to secure supply fast enough will struggle significantly (perhaps to the extent of no longer being able to remain operational). Imo, we are about to see a major lithium "crisis" as businesses begin to realise this simple fact about supply and demand.
