If LTR is worth $2.50 now then it follows: the closer to production the more its worth. They have obviously factored in the carrying cost plus the capex to production. $5.5b plus about $1b. capex. seems to me that's about $500m, p.a. holding costs. So a price tag on LTR of $5 would not be unreasonable, as day by day its getting more valuable.
Just my reading of the tea leaves waiting for the market to open.
