    Feral54 are you suggesting the above potholes played a part in the delay of the drilling. Your points maybe valid in general but should not be misused to justify the delay of the drilling. The latest release clearly states the delay was due to a government executive decision and don't think it relates with your general commentary RE the need for infrastructure improvements.
