I said it before and I say it again. If ASM was listed in the US, there would have already been a class action taken against the company. IMO, critical information has been withheld from the market and the shorts have their ways of getting this information. I still believe there are problems with the output from KMP. I do not know what it is, but obviously something is not working at scale and the departure of DW was their way out. If something does come out of it in the future, then there will be someone they can put the blame on.
