Yes you're correct 10% of TAM ex China is what they're initial estimating TAM for Zilosoul.
As previously posted below is a back of the envelop calc for 1% of TAM:
Notes:
- If price for Zilsoul becomes US$6,500 share price = $63
- EV/Revenue multiple of 15 likely to be very conservative given duration and reoccurring treatment protocol (compound effect)
- Humira achieved +65% of market share in RA
- China by itself could increase TAM by >20%
