And it took a hostile bid to flush out the guidance update/withdrawal (aka Step 1 of the expectation reset) and all that goes with it.
Yes, BHP only advised of its refusal to accept non-spec material yesterday, but there is still the open question of achieving the contained Ni tonnages in the (now cancelled) guidance.
All in all, not a terribly good look for management.
