I have a reasonable holding in OSL accumulated over years, have read various postings in this forum and like to share my observation and analysis:- 1- Current board all new, joined in or after 2021. All have a reasonable holding in the company and participated in the last capital raising at 5cents and Otto Buttula took up additional 3 million share from shortfall. 2- Current raising 1 to 1 at 1cents with option definitely overly discounted, raising presentation not very bullish and no mention of directors support. Though deeply discounted, I suspect there will be 10 to 15% shortfall as shareholders like myself deeply disappointed in the company. 3-So far, I am not making money in my biotech investments because as usual did not get out when I should. Been thinking long and hard whether to participate in this capital raising entitlement. My Conclusions:- 4- I will take up this entitlement and place my trust in the new board as Otto Buttula with his past investments in RHY, assuming he will have to resurrect his investment in OSL. 5- Will monitor the directors holding to watch if they take up their full entitlements and the shortfalls after the closing dates. 6- If directors do not take up their full entitlements, I will cut my losses and clear out. This is my final try.
