    Thereis no way they will raise at a premium. This is most likely a 100% placement, so wouldnt be surprised to see a substantial discount , say 20%.
    Cant see retail being interested enough to buy into this very illiquid stock.

    Remember ,the board need their $1M worth a salaries each year.
