They have lost so much credibility , they have moved off mining market investors and are now dealing with private capital providers like LDA. With the issue of share equity to off market capital sources they will eventally have the numbers to privatise. In 35 years , i've never seen anything like this. They have demonstrated considerable skill at share equity manipulation.
