Ann: Quarterly Activities Report, page-480

Can any of you experts out there explain this to me:
At about 3pm today I noticed that there were two sells in the SPQ sell queue 1 at 0.056 and 1 at 0.057 totalling around $3500 . So I put in an 'At Market’ buy through Westpac for $5000 worth (90000 shares) thinking that this will clear the way to 0.058 and we would end the day a little higher.
Not so, the buy goes through shortly after 3pm partially for just 19000 shares ($1064) but then sits there incomplete for about 20 mins. Then suddenly the remainder of the buy gets filled with all 90000 shares at 0.056 and then low and behold there are still two sells at 0.56 and 0.57 in the queue before the 0.058. Any idea what is going on, surely Westpac can’t be manipulating the market!!!!
