“Having reviewed AGY PEA in 2018… I don't feel comfortable with the outputs”
Perhaps you should construct a basic financial model and input your own costs and pricing assumptions and/or examine various $ & production scenarios.
No doubt that the cost and pricing landscape has shifted since 2018.
Some of us have done this and even shared the findings on this forum, btw.
