In the meeting they will dump Mcgrathnicol and replace with KPMG as the new Administrator.
However I think they are just trying to delay the inevitable as the legal stand is now with Alita's asset holders.
They should get rid of the Doca, table all their cost/expense plus their loan + interest, and formally put the company for liquidation or for sale, and get their 10% share of the sales proceeding.
The longer this case drags on, the more chance that WA mine Ministor and ATO will come with a huge penalty bill for them.
