    Falling Knife, how many of us left holding the torch are really affected/concerned about the 80% rollover - not many. We are all interested in fair value and honestly don't give two hoots about rollover relief for the folders!

    Approx 345,000,000 shares they are looking for to gain the rollover relief - its not going to happen!
