If the truth be known, a takeover offer is rarely ever good enough for some, no matter how good an offer might be, there will always be those that want more, it is just the habit of the beast.
The beast being MIN - in this case it will get to the line without much doubt.
One just needs to compare the history to realise the real success story of Min Res.
