I read this a bit differently.
We have a storage facility on site at NAL you can see it in the picture included in the announcement, so why are they sending deliveries to the port?
1. Could be samples to potential customers, not all that likely samples are fairly small and maybe transported a different way.
2. ??? open for discussion.
