Dont forget MIN have been buying PMT on market. They are probably just sitting under 5%. Would expect an offer from them in due course. Would be wise for Ellison to declare his hand sooner or later because if LTR runs to $3.50 or $4, then PMT will easily double on a per to peer comparison.
That would leave PLS stranded with all cash and nothing to spend on. Going to be interesting.
